ARM: dts: msm: fix vddmax, tchg-mins and vddsafe for 8226 QRD

Drop the chg prefix for the vddmax-mv and vddsafe-mv
device tree properties. Increase the maximum charge time
to 4 hours, since the battery used in QRD has about 2000 mAh
capacity.

This correctly reflects the changes in the devicetree
Documentation of the qpnp-charger driver which implements
these changes.
