msm: camera: jpeg10: Add support for dma core

JPEG DMA is a core that supports YUV image transfer and scaling. Its
usage is required in order to meet camera snapshot performance targets.
This change adds new device node support along with necessary control
registers and hw update routines which are different for the rest of
the engines in the JPEG subsystem.
