ARM: dts: msm: Add GPU properties for MSM8909w

Maximum GPU clock frequency and DDR frequeny requirement
for wearable device is different. Use all GPU properties
from the original 8909 gpu dtsi file and overwrite the
GPU clock frequencies and bandwidth table as per wearable
requirement.
