ASoC: msm: Add support for MI2S in cpu driver 



Add support for MI2S interface in qdsp6v2 cpu driver.
These changes add support for primary MI2S interface
in CPU driver. Primary MI2S block in ADSP will be
configured to use for all Audio purpose.
