msm: Adding mechanism to Stop CAMIF Immediately

Currently we have the mechanism to stop CAMIF immeidately from
Kernel Space. This chnage provides access to this mechanism.

Improving the procedure for CAMIF Stop:
Implemented the recommended mechanism for CAMIF Stop.
