ARM: dts: msm: Add support for resume gpio in apq8084

mdm device connected to hsic controller sometimes misses
in band resume signal to be able to wakeup from XO shutdown.
Add resume gpio which will be used to bring it out of XO
shutdown before resuming the bus.
