msm: irqs: Remove unused definitions

Remove the definitions of SPS_BAM_DMA_IRQ and the AVS IRQs
from the 8974 and 8092 IRQ files, as well as the the
performance monitor IRQ definitions from the 8910 and 8226
IRQ files, as these are not used and should otherwise be in
device tree anyway.
