ARM: dts: msm: Add support for cmd mode simulator panels

Added cmd mode simulator panel configs and added it to the
respective targets. Panel booted in the cmd mode simulator
config mode need not have an actual panel connected, however it
needs a terminator card attached which should be configured to
send the hw vsync.
