ARM: dts: msm: enable ADPS9900 L-P sensor for 8916MTP and CDP

Add necessary device tree entity to enable ADPS9900 ambient
light and proximity sensor. As 8916MTP, 8916CDP, 8916SKUH
8916SKUI use same gpio for interrupt of L-P sensor, they can
share common pinctrl configuration.
