ASoC: apq8064-i2s: Update machine driver for APQ8064 I2S platform

Update the aqp8064-i2s machine driver to match the project requirement
which includes to configure MDM9x15 as clock master to provide clocks
to APQ8064 I2S interface and WCD9310, update the PMIC GPIO using to
control the MCLK from MDM to WCD9310, and remove the gpio configuration
for AUX PCM since the GPIOs for AUX PCM on APQ8064 I2S platform is used
for other purpose.
