mdss: hdmi: Use common header for resolution modes
HDMI driver needs to support multiple resolution modes based on the target and the capabilities of a connected sink. The video timing information pertaining to these resolution modes needs to be shared between the driver as well as corresponding userspace components. To avoid having multiple copies of the timing information, use a common header file that lists all the details of supported resolution modes.
