power: qpnp-smbcharger: make certain interrupts wakeable

Add an enable_irq_wake for the following interrupts in order to
facilitate correct power supply reporting of charge state and battery
health: tcc-thr, batt-hot, batt-warm, batt-cool, batt-cold,
batt-missing, batt-low, chg-hot, safety-timer-timeout.

Also make the usbin_uv and src_detect irqs wakeable in order to
allow usb insertions to wake the device out of sleep. Do the same for
dc-uv for wireless charger removal.
