power: power supply framework : add warm and cool properties

The JEITA battery specification includes four seperate temperature
thresholds: hot, warm, cool and cold. The power supply framework
currently only supports OVERHEAT and COLD.

Fix this by extending the POWER_SUPPLY_PROP_HEALTH by two additional
properties WARM and COOL.
