msm: pil-q6v5-mss: Update physcial address type for verify blob function

Function pointer verify_blob has been updated to use phys_addr_t for
the phys_addr parameter. Therefore, use the same type for the phys_addr
in the implementaion of the function pointer to avoid type incompatible
issue.
