ASoC: msm8x16: update error handling during mclk enable

Without MCLK enabled and if codec driver tries to read
AHB bus, fetch abort or unclocked bus access is triggered.

Update machine driver to handle the errors while enabling
MCLK, if MCLK failed to get enabled propagate the error to
the user space for proper handling.
