arm/dt: msm9625: Modify GPIO IRQ to MPM pin mapping

Modify the mappings from GPIO IRQs to MPM pins. If an IRQ needs to wakeup
the core from system level low power modes such as system clock shutdown
or Vdd minimization, they need to be mapped to an MPM pin.

The mappings for GPIO IRQs were mapped incorrectly, this patch corrects the
mapping.
