defconfig: enable coresight support for stm and cti on 8909 perf config

Enable CoreSight drivers required to support STM tracing to
various sinks along with CTI driver. Also disable CTI save and
restore support to allow for low overhead CTI usage at the cost
of breaking cpu CTI support.

This will allow software instrumented trace and low overhead
cross triggering to be used on 8909 perf defconfig.
