ARM: dts: msm: changes to enable mic bias for recording for MSM8909

To support UART, changes were done to disable boost on variants where boost
is not supported. The change did not take care of enabling micbias along
with boost for other variants. Recording is not working as micbias is not
enabled. It is fixed by enabling micbias for required variants along with
boost.
