Revert "defconfig: msm8610: add CONFIG to mark XPU violations as fatal errors"

This reverts commit 6a04f4e0e382ce8b40390bf907e773bf89534864.

Software stability can currently not handle XPU violations being fatal
errors. Revert this change temporarily until 8610 has better stability.
