arm/dt: msm8974-liquid: Add vreg, chip_pwd data to AR3002 node

Add the vreg data required to power on AR3002 bluetooth chipset.

Add gpio-regulator node, to control chip level reset gpio which
is common between wlan and bt combo chip.
