ARM: dts: msm: lower VDD_APC0/1 CPR floor voltages for msm8994v2 



Reduce the per-virtual-corner floor voltages for VDD_APC0 and
VDD_APC1 cpr-regulator devices.  The lower floor voltage values
allow additional power to be saved on fast chips.
