msm: apq8084: Add HDMI GPIO mux

Adds the HDMI GPIO mux settings for APQ8084 to configure
MSM GPIO related to HDMI modules like CEC (Consumer
Electronics Control), DDC (Display Data Channel) CLK,
DDC Data and HPD (Hot Plug Detect).
