Staging: rt3070: kill TimerQThr thread first in RT28xxThreadTerminate() 



* kill TimerQThr thread first in RT28xxThreadTerminate()
* remove the debugging printk() while at it

This makes rt3070 driver match rt2870 driver's behavior.
