ASoC: wcd9330: Fix the bit width configuration per codec dai

The bit width for PCM samples is not being set when hardware params is
invoked during stream setup, this can cause unexpected problems for the
data path. Fix to correctly parse the bit width parameter which will be
used during data channel setup.
