[media] v4l2: Remove legacy extra-data for CC and AFD

Removing the no longer supported Close Caption and Active
Format Description extra-data, the new supported extra-data
that contain both CC and AFD among other information is:
V4L2_MPEG_VIDC_EXTRADATA_STREAM_USERDATA
