ASoC: wcd9330: Enable speaker protection for second speaker device

During speaker protection mode ADSP needs voltage and current
data from the codec for both the interpolator paths. This patch
enables the clock and speaker protection bit for the second speaker.
Along with this dynamic addition of slim shared channel
is added based on mixer controls.
