ARM: dts: msm: switch over to RPM controlled PMIC regulators for msmzirc

Remove the PMD9635 stub regulators for msmzirc and replace them with the
corresponding RPM regulator resources. This ensure that requests made for
these regulators are aggregated by the RPM processor along with the
requests from other processors.

Update the voltage constraints for PMD9635 regulators LDO 11, LDO 13, and
LDO 14 in order to match the latest hardware documentation.
