ARM: dts: msm: Remove rpm handshake in CCI clock gating for MSM8994

CCI clock gating does not require rpm-handshake. If rpm handshake is
initiated it is possible that rpm will switch to sleep set and turn off
required resources.
Remove rpm handshake from CCI clock gating.
