Revert "arm/dt: 8610: Increase EBI1 buffer reservation size"

This reverts commit 1c2fa09fd2bb0cd6b231b2f2cd071fbbebd072b0.

The above commit has been a temporary fix to contiguous memory
allocation failure for CoreSight TMC driver since attempt to
allocate memory has been more than what is reserved. Reverting
this commit as the required fix for allocation without reservation
is now merged.
