ARM: dts: msm: enable esd check for 8916 CDP with 720p and qrd-skuh

ESD recovery feature is used to recover the panel from the ESD
failure. The panel needs to support BTA for this feature. Enable
the feature for 8916 devices with innolux 720p panel and nt35590
720 panel
