ASoC: wcd9320: Fix charge pump frequency to default

Taiko CODEC driver have to enable charge pump for lineouts.
The charge pump frequency should be configured to 192Khz.
This frequency is optimal for speakers.Because of concurrency
issue between speakers and headphones change it to default
value (1538khz).
