ASoC: msm8974: Sync IO mode fix in ASM native driver

Extract LSB bit from IO mode to compare with SYNC_IO_MODE
otherwise the condition will get fail because the IO mode
variable is ORed version of NT_MODE and SYNC_IO_MODE for
non-tunnel mode encoders.
