defconfig: msm8916: Add support for 3GB DDR for 8936/8939.

The kernel base address will change for 3GB DDR. So
enable the config options for autodetecting zrelative
address and for patching phys-to-virt and virt-to-phys
translation functions at boot and module load time
according to the position of the kernel in system memory.
