msm: clock-8092: Add dummy clocks for VCAP IOMMU

This will allow testing of VCAP IOMMU on mpq8092
simulator platform.

These are dummy clocks and when the actual driver comes up
we would be required to map them to physical clocks
vcap_ahb_clk, vcap_axi_clk, vcap_vp_clk_src.
