input: touchscreen: bu21150: remove AFE sensor disable

FB resume call issues SPI write to disable snesor to prevent DDIC
noise from generating touch and device going to wrong mode. Since we
have mode check logic to filter unwanted mode transitions, there is
no need to keep it anymore. Keeping it can cause AFE and SW to be
stuck in the middle of mode transition to gesture self and therefore
touch stops working, if LCD is turned on before the mode transition
completes.

Add log messages for SPI read/write errors.
