msm: msm_bus: Fix adding AHBs to topology

As a result of re-architecture, a bug was introduced due to which
AHB bus-types were not getting added to topology resulting in failed
crypto and TZ drivers. Fix this by adding the appropriate check
for AHB fabrics while building topology.
