Revert: drivers: input: Add touch disabler driver

For some unkown reason, Vince thought this was needed.
While it is unclear as to why it was actually added, or if
he forsaw changes in the future, it is certain that this
commit breaks TWRP functionality and prevents maintenance
beyond using a 8.1 branch, effectively rendering it as
non-maintainable for all future revisions.
