msm: clock: Add primary I2S RX clock entries in clock table

There are use cases that primary I2S RX clocks need to be
supported so that primary I2S RX port can be activated.
Add the bit clock and osr clock entries for APQ8064,
MSM8960, and MSM8930 platforms.
