ARM: dts: msm: update low power mode parmaters for msm8936 platform

PM driver takes LPM parameters as one of the input while deciding
to enter low power modes. Current LPM parameter values are not
optimal and this may lead to more power consumption for application
processor usecases and there might be stability issues as well.
This change is to tune the values of the low power mode parameter
values such as "latency", "time overhead", "steady state power" and
"energy overhead" for msm8936 platform after measuring on the target.
