ARM: dts: msm: Add lineout output config for msm8x10 qrd skuab

- Add the specific sound card name for msm8x10 qrd skuab.
  QRD skuab board will load specific UCM file according to its
  sound card name.
- Add GPIO for external PA in msm8x10 qrd skuab.
  The GPIO port will be used to enable the external PA.
- Modify sound routing map to link Lineout and external PA widget
  With the link, when Lineout path is up in codec, the external PA
  will be powered on.
