Revert "arm/dt: mpq8092: Add SATA support"

This reverts commit dae11464.
AHCI platform doesn't initialize various MSM specific clocks,
regulators, PHY before accessing the controller. These changes
will be re-implemented after glue driver that adds MSM specific
support.
