ASoC: wcd9330: Update the reset state of speaker clip detection mode

Upon codec reset, speaker clip detection mode selection is set to
"new" operation where clip interrupt is issued when speaker PCM
samples are above certain threshold from the clip detector trigger
level. However this mode is not currently supported and hence change
the mode selection from "new" to "legacy" operation.
