ASoC: msm: qdsp6v2: Add support for clip bank selection

When audio codec triggers clip interrupt it will
update the clip values in 4 pcm bank registers.
AFE module on dsp needs to be configured by apps
from which clip bank pcm values should be consumed.
This change exposes interface to afe driver clients for
configuring the clip bank selection.
