ARM: dts: msm: Add on-demand supplies for audio codec in msm8x10 qrd board

- Use the i2c_cdc tag in QRD device tree

- Similar change in QRD dtsi as
  commit 237eca78c3fd45ea70424f0f1d7508ba12adaedb
  (arm/dt: msm8610: Add the on-demand supplies for audio codec)

- Modify the qcom,cdc-vdda-h-current in MTP to be same as CDP
