msm: pm-8x60: Remove direct access to GIC registers

The GIC based addresses are now populated through DT and
MSM_QGIC_DIST_BASE will be removed from the iomap files. The access was
used as means of tracking unknown wakeups hotplug. Replace the log
message with a warning.
