wcnss: pil-pronto: Add register dump to bite handler

Log a number of WCNSS registers when there is a bite from it; these
register dumps will help for root causing the bite at WCNSS. The
register dump will not be taken when common_ss is power collapsed, that
protection is already added to the dump routine.
