arm: dts: Lower cpr voltage step to 5000uV

* The previous voltage step of 12.5mV divides unevenly in most cpr
  voltage values that could be specified (1365mV in this case) so
  use a smaller step of 5mV which divides the upper voltage limit of
  1365mV evenly (273 times).
