ARM: dts: msm: Update VFE SMMU MID map for msm8610

Configure the VFE SMMU MID to Context Bank (CB) mappings
to route all transactions coming from VFE core to CB0.
VFE driver code uses only CB0 so all transactions needs to
be routed to CB0. VFE CB1 then becomes unused and thus removed.
