ARM: dts: msm: Enable USB3 on MSM8994 CDP and MTP

Enable the USB3, HS & SSPHY device nodes for MSM8994 CDP and MTP.

This change also includes several fixes to the base dtsi entries:
- add pwr_event_irq
- add reset-hsphy_sleep_clk_on_init and por-after-power-collapse
- fix misspelling of core-reset-after-phy-init flag
- set utmi clk rate to 60MHz
- add AHB2PHY register to SSPHY
- SSPHY clock additions
