ARM: dts: msm: add MTP and CDP dts files for msm8994 devices with PM8004

The msm8994-pmi8994-pm8004-cdp.dts and msm8994-pmi8994-pm8004-mtp.dts files
are used for CDP and MTP devices which use PM8004 as a secondary PMIC and
have PMI8994 as a charger PMIC.

The msm8994-pm8994-pm8004.dtsi file should be included by dts files
corresponding to boards that have only PM8994 and PM8004 but not
PMI8994.
